Our goal is to be able to offer you the highest quality jewellery and decorations with simultaneous care for the principles of good trade and full satisfaction with service during and after the purchase.
Instalments
Instalments are available only for persons with permanent residence in Poland.
Shipping and returns
Our products are carefully packed and protected against damage in transit. Each shipment is also insured against loss. The current price list for domestic and foreign shipments can be found in the Shipping tab.
SHIPPING
We offer domestic as well as international shipment via post or courier. Shipping costs depend on the country to which the package is to be sent.
The products are ready for shipment the next working day after placing an order and receiving the payment. Delivery time in Poland takes 1-3, from Poland to Europe 7-10, and worldwide 14-23 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays).
After sending the goods to your e-mail address, a confirmation with a reference number will be sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to track the shipment.
RETURNS
According to EU regulations, the seller must repair or replace the product or reduce the price or return the money if the purchased goods turn out to be defective or do not look or work as described in the description.
If you have bought a product or service on the internet, telephone or by email, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days, without giving any reason and without any justification.
If you would like to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase or for any other reason, please contact us by e-mail. We will contact you within 24 hours of sending your inquiry.
